Cyber Together (“Cyber Together”) wants you (the “User”) to know how we use and protect the information you provide to us. This Privacy Policy summarizes our policy, procedures and practices with regard to the information we collect.

  • Cyber Together Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy applies to all Cyber Together Users. This statement is additional to those terms and relevant for European Union (EU) citizens and residents.
  • The only personally-identifying information Cyber Together collects is your your IP address (usually, this is not personally identifying) and your email, if you fill out a “Contact Us” form.
  • We do not collect or retain full names, telephones numbers, addresses, social security numbers, or any other official identification numbers.
  • We collect User activity and history. We track how they interact with the emails and service we provide. We have cookies placed on browser use and track open and clicks of our emails.
  • We retain all of this information for as long as there is use of our website. We retain some activity log forever.
  • We do not provide this information in a way that can identify you to any other party, unless you provide your explicit consent on a case-by-case basis.
  • If you correspond with us via email, any information you provide there is retained, possibly forever.
  • You may ask us to unsubscribe, and we will stop sending you emails promptly.
  • You can ask us to be forgotten and to cancel/delete your account and erase information about you, and we will do so promptly.
  • You may update your Cyber Together profile to change information stored there and update us as to what is accurate, or what you want us to know.
  • As an EU resident or citizen, you could ask us to provide you what information we have in your Cyber Together account, and we can provide that in a reasonable timeframe.

Unless you tell us otherwise, when you provide your information, we assume you are agreeing to allow us to use and disclose it, as allowed by Law and Cyber Together policies to deliver the programs you are involved with and in furtherance of our mission.

We will comply with all laws of countries in which the Cyber Together has a business presence.

We will use—and require our data management vendors and providers – to use reasonable and appropriate security practices to safeguard your information.

Personal Information

“Personal Information” means information that we can use to identify or contact you. It can also include information you submit when you use our interactive tools and services. We may collect Personal Information in the following ways:

When you visit or use our Website, whether web-based or mobile, we may collect your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number(s), account numbers. By providing this information to us, you consent to our usage of this information under the guidelines int his Privacy Policy.

Cyber Together provides additional privacy protection information for children under the age of 13 or where we knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Information practices concerning children are found on each website or online service where personal information is collected from children under 13, or used or shared in ways not otherwise covered by the rest of this Privacy Statement.

We will not knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, without prior verifiable parental consent. With parental consent, we may collect information from children under the age of 13 such as: name and email address.

Regardless of what is displayed or submitted, parents can revoke their consent and ask that information about their children be hidden or, in some cases, deleted, by contacting our offices by phone at the number at the bottom of this page or via email. To comply with such a request, we must verify the identity of the requesting parent. When a parent revokes consent, we will stop knowingly collecting, using or disclosing information from that child. To respect the privacy of parents, information that is collected and used for the sole purpose of obtaining verifiable parental consent or providing notice is not maintained in retrievable form by the site if parental consent is not obtained after a reasonable time.

Updating Your Information and Contacting Us with Questions

Keeping your account information up-to-date is very important. You may review or update certain account information by logging in and accessing the account profile section of each online service for which you have registered. If you cannot change the incorrect information online, or you prefer to request changes offline, please use the Contact Us options on our site. Of course, we cannot track down “de-identified” information to change it or undo any prior use of data we used with your actual or implied consent.

Right to opt out- If you contact us and ask to have your account deleted we will comply and purge our systems of all your personal information.

Changes to This Privacy Statement

We may change this Privacy Statement from time to time. When we do, we will let you know by appropriate means such as by posting the revised policy on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
